Notice is hereby given that the 22nd Annual General Meeting of the members of Jain Studios Ltd. will be held on Saturday, 29th September, 2012 at 11.00 A.M., at Sharma Farms (Near Batra Farms), Green Meadows, Village Satbari, Mehrauli, New Delhi-110030 to transact the business as set out in the Notice, which has been sent to the members of the Company along with the Annual Report (F.Y.2011-12) at their registered address.
Notice is also given pursuant to Section 154 of the Companies Act, 1956 and Clause 16 of the Listing Agreement, that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain close from Thursday, 27th September 2012 to Saturday, 29th September 2012 (both days inclusive) for the said Annual General Meeting.
